GEOFF PEARMAN

Speaker, consultant, commentator, author and trainer in age and work

Geoff is recognised internationally for his work in age and work. Over the past 10 years he has worked with companies in Australia and New Zealand ranging in size from 34,000 employees to owner-operators to assist them address the challenges and opportunities of longevity.

He is the founder of Senior Entrepreneurs New Zealand and is leading a Massey University research project “Senior Entrepreneurship in Aotearoa New Zealand”. He is a knowledge partner in the OECD, World Economic Forum, AARP Living, Learning and Earning Longer Global project and has provided advice to the governments of New Zealand and Taiwan on extending the working life.

His book Doing It Differently - Life And Work After 50 was published in 2016. He was recognised in the 2020 New Year honours for services to business and seniors.

Geoff’s career has seen him living and working in both New Zealand and Australia.
