The 2020 Diversity Awards NZ™ celebrate the organisations championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The Awards were announced in September in hybrid online event this year to be more accessible than ever, recognising the outstanding work organisations are doing to advance a culture of inclusion in New Zealand workplaces.
For the first time in their 23 year history, the 2020 Diversity Awards NZ™ were streamed live online from Auckland's SkyCity Theatre, allowing for all entrants and everyone in the workplace diversity and inclusion community to be part of this celebration.

This year's judging panel was impressed to see entries that demonstrated a clear link between the organisation’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and the overall business strategy and chose 32 finalists across ten categories. You can learn read the full case studies and watch videos here.
