Facilitator and Training Consultant
Trained in facilitation, adult education, organisational psychology and coaching, Cat has worked with a variety of organisations in the public, private, not-for-profit and charity sectors, with staff numbers ranging from 100 to 15000.
She is also the Chief Vision Officer for The Ripples Project, the friendly go-to for bespoke workplace culture support, where her mission is to make New Zealand a kinder place to work.
Previously the Diversity and Inclusion Lead at St John Ambulance New Zealand, Cat is passionate about understanding how workplace culture effects individuals and how individuals impact workplace culture.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Cat lives in Orewa, North Auckland, with her six-year-old daughter, a budding surfer, and their tiny poodle cross called Elvis.
