Diversity Works New Zealand members took out all nine categories at the 2019 White Camellia Awards presented at Parliament House in Wellington last month.
These awards celebrate organisational commitment to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a UN Women and UN Global Compact initiative which encourages gender equality in the workplace.
AIA New Zealand, formerly Sovereign, was named the Supreme Winner after taking out three category awards.
Other winners included Coca-Cola Amatil New Zealand, Bell Gully, Westpac New Zealand, KPMG New Zealand and the Otago Chamber of Commerce, which won the Small Business Award.
