We are seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive to realise our ambition of helping New Zealand organisations do inclusion well, and do well because of it. They will join our small team of highly regarded professionals who are passionate in driving the delivery of our strategy.

About you
We are searching for an highly experienced and energetic leader who has a demonstrated track record leading a purpose-led organisation and achieving great outcomes for stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate your ability to develop and translate strategy into meaningful outcomes and impacts as well as lead in a commercial environment.
You will be an action-oriented thought leader that is happy to roll their sleeves up and work alongside the team, and equally accustomed to public speaking with the ability to represent Diversity Works New Zealand in public forums and discussions consistent with our overarching organisational objectives. The person we appoint must understand the value of collaboration and be able to see and realise opportunities to deliver our objectives either alone or through partnerships with others.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10+ years’ relevant experience leading a large function or small business
- Demonstrated leadership and role model around diversity and inclusion
- Degree qualified
