Diversity Works New Zealand has developed a suite of online workshops as part of our commitment to helping New Zealand workplaces continue their diversity and inclusion journey throughout the Covid-19 crisis.
We understand the importance of maintaining connection and learning during the challenges of changing work environments. Many organisations are using the time to focus on their people and practices. Our digital offering is a tool to aid you in this process.
We will begin rolling out our online workshop offering with our three most popular topics – Understanding Unconscious Bias, Mitigating Unconscious Bias in the Employee Life Cycle and Improving Cultural Intelligence, with sessions starting from 19 May.
This research-based, peer-reviewed content developed by our Diversity Manager Dr Guillermo Merelo has been tailored for online training and is a great way to allow your people to keep learning and developing when it’s difficult to be together in person. These online workshops will be available as customisable training for individual workplaces as well as being part of our public training calendar.
Each 90-minute workshop is available via web browser wherever you are – there is no requirement to download software.
