Tuihana Ohia
Founder, T Kaupapa
Tuihana Ohia, Ngāiterangi, Ngāti Pūkenga, Te Arawa and Ngāi Pakehā, is a thought leader and navigator of wellbeing, with extensive experience. As Founder of T Kaupapa, Tuihana is known for her weaving of Kaupapa Māori values through her mahi, working across diverse sectors, working with organisations, whānau and individuals to nurture wellness through a collaborative, collective, tātou tātou approach.
Tuihana's dedication to the wellbeing space extends to her role as an Associate for Centre for Social Impact, working with non-profit, charities, community groups and organisations. She also serves as a board member of Ember Innovations, a mental health and wellbeing innovator, and has led and collaborated on a number of award-winning mahi with Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, Vodafone (now One) and Northpower.
