NICKY BENSON
Facilitator, Team and Leadership Coach
Nicky is an experienced and inspiring facilitator, team and accredited leadership coach who has a reputation as being courageous, authentic and insightful. Originally from the UK, she brings decades of commercial and business acumen and plenty of life experience.
With a background in human biology, Nicky was originally a school teacher in South London before she was appointed Head of Product Training for The Body Shop in the mid ’80s to early ’90’s. It was there she experienced first-hand the power of aligning values, passion and purpose for commercial success.
Nicky has had her own coaching and facilitation business in New Zealand for 20 years and has a keen interest in authentic and inclusive leadership and how notions of individual courage can lead to positive systemic impact in workplaces and communities.
Nicky works with many leaders, teams and organisations across Australasia, supporting them to build flexible, resilient, high performing cultures, teams and people.
