Leonie is an experienced leader, facilitator, and consultant recognised for her strategic thinking skills and ability to engage with people and partner with organisations to initiate and implement meaningful and sustainable change in complex situations. She is tertiary qualified in HR Management and has worked in both Australia and NZ in government, private and community sectors.
Leonie co-founded Workplace Wellness in 2019 after a life-changing experience attending Outward Bound 8-day Wellbeing programme. Leonie is on a mission to change the narrative on wellbeing, enabling organisations to be sustainable, healthy, and inclusive spaces where people can flourish and do their best work. In 2015, Leonie established her own consultancy, Wallwork Consulting, to follow her passion of being of service to others and giving back by working in the not-for-profit sector advising and supporting both governance and operational good practice.
She is an Associate of Partners in Change where she has the privilege to explore this important and fascinating field of living life differently as we transition through life stages. Leonie is a Resilience@Work® accredited practitioner and a part of the Resilience@Work global community. Leonie values being a member of Diversity Works New Zealand.
