t includes a pre-conference workshop and a two-day conference featuring more than 30 speakers covering a range of topics including empowering women in the workplace, diversity, flexibility and wellbeing programmes, building an inclusive workforce and diversity in leadership.
Fonterra Diversity and Inclusion Manager Susan Doughty , McDonald’s Restaurants Director of People and Operations Katrina Felton, Stuff People and Culture Director Annamarie Jamieson, Bell Gully Human Resources Director Louise Alexander and St John Ambulance Head of Inclusion and Diversity Catherine Valentine will all be speaking at the conference, which takes place on 28 to 29 August.
