We are seeking to appoint a new Head of Membership to lead business development, elevate engagement and oversee service delivery towards increased equity in the workplaces of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and collaborating internally and externally, you will lead and champion member acquisition, retention and success. You will be passionate about sharing the message of social, commercial and sustainability outcomes achieved through diversity and inclusion and you will be skilled at leading a team to deliver state of the art consulting and educational programmes, through effective partnering. Customer experience and sustainable growth in membership will be critical measures of success, across our diverse ecosystem.
With understanding and evidence of a relationship-driven sales approach, you will enjoy inspiring and influencing others, within your team and with prospective members and partners, bringing a strategic mind-set to engage with differing market segments. The stories you share will resonate with different audiences, followed by pragmatic actions to turn strategy into operational activity and implementation.
Ideal candidates will express their own richness of diversity through lived experience to empathise and promote the importance and value of difference. They will have an understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and will embrace the use of Te Reo and other languages in connecting with stakeholders.
