The Event and Membership Services Co-ordinator is responsible for the efficient running of member services for key contacts within our member organisations.
This is a national administration and event co-ordination role that requires significant membership interaction. There is currently a membership base of over 460 organisations, including small regional organisations as well as large publicly-listed, global and government organisations. The key areas of responsibility are:
- Administrative support to the Membership Services Team for research, advice and education activities
- Plan, co-ordinate and administer public education events and webinars
- Membership signup, renewal and retention process management

Reporting to the Head of Membership Services, every day will be a rich gamut of connecting with our members, handling complex issues, coordinating event logistics and helping the administrative functions come together for our small team.
We need you to have a penchant for organising and multi-tasking; be well known for clear and helpful communication; and have a reputation for the highly responsive, reliable and personalised way you deliver your work.
Your diligence and care will make sure that information is processed accurately, and queries responded to quickly. Experience in the logistics around events is essential, as is a total belief in the power of “team” through collaboration, hard work and quality results. A ready smile, unflappable demeanour and positive attitude will go a long way in this work environment.
