Creating a workplace where people can do their jobs in an environment free from harmful and inappropriate behaviour is a top priority for the New Zealand Defence Force.

Book your place at this Diversity Group Meeting to hear how the 2018 Diversity Awards NZ™ supreme winner introduced Sexual Ethics and Respectful Relating training for more than 10,000 staff in a year.

By addressing one of the most topical issues facing workplaces today, NZDF created genuine social change with a training strategy delivered to a large workforce in a very short time frame.

Representatives from the NZDF will share how they went about implementing the initiative, challenges faced and the positive outcomes from the programme.

Our Diversity Group Meetings are quick, information-packed sessions hosted by organisations that have important diversity stories and insights to share. There will also be time set aside for networking with other supporters of workplace diversity and inclusion.
