At this hui, we will be diving deep into the world of diversity data collection and use. Our new Diversity Data resource series covers everything from why collecting data is important to how to use it to further your diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) journey. We'll take a practical walk through the series, covering how to prepare your people, how to collect and analyse the data, and ultimately how to use it to drive positive change in your organisation.
