This workshop explores what motivates and drives the different generations in the workplace, from Baby Boomers through to Gen Z, with a particular emphasis on Millennial and Gen-Z drivers, and looks at how you ensure your people work together more effectively in times of change from a generational perspective.
The 90-minute training provides participants with a basic understanding of how these four generations are motivated differently, what shapes their values, and how that can be applied to flexibility, growth and development, compensation and recruitment to enhance individual engagement, team effectiveness and inter-generational cohesion.
- Understand the basic generational differences – their motivations and concerns
- Discover how this can be applied to motivate and engage younger generations, harness wisdom from older generations, and reduce inter-generational angst
- Walk away with some key strategies and tools to build trust and higher engagement immediately on return to the workplace, through application to flexibility, growth and development, compensation and recruitment
