Introduction to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (Jun)

This one-hour introductory session explores the foundations of workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). It is designed to support, encourage and motivate those that are beginning their DEI journey and those that want to refresh their understanding of how these concepts relate to the workplace.

Participants will:

  • Reflect on the meaning of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
  • Discuss the rationale for workplace DEI
  • Get a brief introduction to some of the key topics that affect inclusion in the workplace
  • Explore how to translate this awareness into action
