Our workplaces have taken enormous strain over the past two years due to the global pandemic, human rights tensions, conflicting priorities, and the mounting prolonged pressures of societal and professional expectations.
As a result, many people are experiencing fatigue and burnout at work; however, it’s not a level playing field. The events of the past two years have disproportionately impacted some groups in the workplace. And, as our people are the most important part of our organisations’ structures, it is important that we continue to find ways to support everyone’s wellbeing at work.
Diversity Sessions are interactive online conversations where we can explore inclusion issues impacting our organisations and our people.
