Join us at our Annual General Meeting to hear 2019 Diversity Awards NZ™ Walk the Talk joint winners Catherine Smith from the Auckland Museum and Craig Hudson from Xero share how they are advancing diversity and inclusion in New Zealand workplaces.
Craig, who is the Managing Director for Xero New Zealand and Pacific Islands, has talked openly about his own mental health struggles, not only with the accounting software company’s more than 1200 New Zealand employees, but also with Xero’s global networks, and the small businesses it supports here in Aotearoa. Read his story here
Catherine, Auckland Museum's Director of People and Organisation, is on a mission to create a culture of diversity, where the workforce reflects the communities it serves, and where employees and visitors feel part of the museum whanau. Read more about her work here.
There will be time set aside to ask our guest speakers questions.
The Diversity Works New Zealand AGM is also an opportunity for you to hear about the work we’ve been doing this year, meet our Board of Trustees and get an update on what lies ahead as we continue to support you to do workplace inclusion well, and do well because of it.
This event is free to attend.
