Dr Louise Cowpertwait (she/her) is a consultant clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist on a mission to support the mental health and wellbeing of New Zealanders.
As Founder and CEO of MindMatters Clinic, she leads a team of New Zealand's leading clinical experts in workplace mental health. Louise has nearly 20 years of experience in the sector and has worked with major national and international companies to support employee wellbeing, particularly helping to equip leaders to respond to the needs of their workforce.
